From 1300 to 1500+ in Just Three Months

When I first started playing chess at VBS Academy three months ago, I was rated around 1300 and wasn’t very confident in my abilities. I was stuck between 1200 and 1300 and never even reached 1350. After training with my coach at this academy, I reached new heights. In just 90 days, I went from 1300 to 1513. The amount of support I receive from my coach is unlike anything I have experienced at other academies. I perform better in tournaments, my rating continues to rise, and I am constantly pushed to improve. I’m always in a positive environment where I’m encouraged to believe I can exceed my own expectations. My coach at VBS Academy helped me develop a stronger love for the game and improve day by day while always supporting me. As someone who wasn’t confident in my skills three months ago, I now push myself every day, knowing I can become even better.

From Beginner to Confident Player — Best Academy Ever

This academy is the BEST ACADEMY EVER! Fabulous teaching and excellent interaction with us . Of course it helped me in increasing my rating as well!! Now I went from a 400 rated newcomer to a 1200 rated player!!! This class is so fun , especially when it's a challenge or a competition ! You also get to meet other players who joined this academy , play and learn alongside them. being with others makes it even more fun! You get to learn about tournaments, compete in them, and win trophies!!

Here are some of my milestones which I never thought I could crack but crossed it wit the help of my coach and guider, Balaji sir.

MY COACH- Balaji Sir My sir is really calm .During the meeting, he cracks jokes to bring up the spirit . His teaching style is awesome! He uses a systematic approach , going from level to level and listens to the students questions as well as their poin of view towards solving a puzzle. He gives us challenges with extra points if we complete the challenge which, builds up our excitement to complete the challenge as fast as possible.

I believe I joined the academy in 2023 . And from that time onwards, I loved chess as a passion.

Highly Recommended Chess Coaching for Young Learners

We have been taking online lessons with Sridevi ma’am for over a year for our six-year-old, and the experience has been wonderful. Our child quickly picked up the concepts and began solving puzzles at an impressive pace for his age. Sridevi ma’am has been incredibly patient throughout the journey.
